July 7th 2011, SSG Group holds Ground Breaking Ceremony for SSG Tower at one of the “golden land” of HCMC. The land lot has been acquired though an auction held by People’s Committee of HCMC on 2007 at a price by 903 billion VND.

The Tower will rise on a land lot of 6,000 m² total GFA of 101,600 m² and will be finished on Q4/2013. Once finished, SSG Tower will provide 20,000 m² for retail space, 47,000 m² for office space & 78 high class condominiums. The Tower boasts 32 stories height with 4 levels of basements (700 car capacities) and retail podium of 6 levels completed with cinema.
