On 9th December, SSG Group, SSG Văn Thánh Joint Stock Company, Hoa Binh Contractor pleasure to celebrate topping out the complex of Pearl Plaza, this is turning – point marked a completed structural work in one week advanced.

Pearl Plaza is 32 stories and 4 basements of the complex commercial – office-convention & underground parking , located at “one of the city golden site” , No 561 Dien Bien Phu Ave, Ward 25, Binh Thanh District.

Stared break-ground on 10th July, 2011, when the project is operated, Pearl Plaza contains a 26,622 square meters commercial – service- supermarket floor, 41,437 square meters office A, and 1.500 seats in convention area at the same time.

Especially, with 4 routes giving access, The Pearl Plaza is an opening space that’ s convenient, cozy- a welcome break from the bustle of city life. Therefore, it is said that this is not only SSG Group’s symbol, it is a “landmark” architect with three core criteria: function, environment and harmony.
Beside that, the façade of the building reduced the impact of heat and direct sunlight which allows plenty natural light into the units during the daytime, reduces electricity cost, and it is considered that the tower is environmentally friendly and harmony for users.

The complex of Pearl Plaza will be opened on Quarter 2/2015, this plaza will actually become a unique, multipurpose magnet in the East gateway, furthermore, it is said that this will meet diversified community’s need that those live in core of CBD’ area with professional office, premium convention and high tech entertainment service, food & beverage, shopping area. The project will be operated by Quarter 2/2015.
