On September 28th 2011 SSG2 JSC and An Phong Ltd has signed the super-structure & finishing package contract. An Phong will be officially in charge of building the podium & two towers of Thao Dien Pearl as well as finishing work.

Since ground breaking on May 25th 2010, Thaodien Pearl so far has completed two phases: the foundation (December 16th 2010) and the basement (October 8th 20110) as scheduled. By these milestones, the project management teams confirm their commitments: Quality - Safety - Progress.
